Community Supports

Our Community Supports program encompasses a range of services tailored to people with disabilities!

Through Community Supports, we offer Community Habilitation, Respite & Housing Rental Subsidy (HRS). These supports also focus on community inclusion, independent skill development, and relationship building, guided by Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). With personalized goals and telehealth options available, our Community Supports ensure accessibility and continuity of support for all people supported.

Services We Offer:

Housing Rental Subsidy (HRS)
This is money that helps people with disabilities pay for their rent. It makes it easier for them to live in their own house or apartment, instead of a group home. Like financial help that makes rent more affordable, the amount depends on how much money they earn.

Community Habilitation (Com Hab)
This is a service that helps people with disabilities learn skills to be more independent. A staff member works with them one-on-one, either at home or out in the community, not in a classroom or group home.

Respite
This is a break for families or caregivers who take care of someone with a disability. During this time, trained staff take care of their loved one, so the caregiver can rest, work, or do errands.
