  • PCCS is the acronym for Person Centered Care Services.

  • At PCCS, we provide supports and services as needed to people with disabilities and their families, ensuring that they have equal opportunity and access to education, employment, recreation, community engagement, and housing. We are a not for profit organization creating social change within communities, by supporting people with disabilities on their search for identity and acceptance. Locally, we work with various small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community groups to continue to create a progressive community that is accepting of all people and also advocates for human rights at all times.

  • Person-centered philosophy refers to our core belief of focusing on the needs of each person to provide a highly customized type of support. The Person Centered Planning approach is one that emphasizes the unique needs of each person, which we use to guide our supports and services.

  • The Disability Ally Initiative is an interactive training providing insight and knowledge of disability culture. The overall goal of the initiative is to get businesses, agencies, and people that work with people to better work with and support people with disabilities. The initiative is an opportunity for community members to reject negative perceptions and instead build a connection with people with disabilities. We strongly encourage businesses, organizations, friends and families, schools, health care providers, and other community-based entities to take this initiative in order to become a Disability Ally and better serve people with disabilities.
