Founder/Executive Director

cRis marchioNNe is the founder/executive director of Person Centered Care Services, Inc. cRis has a Master’s degree in Disability Studies and over 33 years working with people with disabilities on disability justice and disability rights. cRis is pursuing a doctorate degree in community-based leadership at The College of Staten Island.

cRis is a disability justice activist, a disability ally, and a community leader and organizer. cRis takes pride in speaking at many local and statewide events to point out the need for change – to build a more equitable society where people with disabilities meaningfully participate, and are compensated, in government/policy decision-making settings. A service system will only be viable and equitable if it is designed, managed, and controlled by the people it serves and supports. cmarchionne@pccsny.org

Deputy Executive Director

Alexa Donnelly (LCSW), is the Deputy Executive Director of Person Centered Care Services where she implements effective systems to raise the level of service(s) provided to the people served.

Alexa has over nine years of experience in the disabilities field. She began as a Direct Support Professional and now practices very individualistic and personalized planning to assist people with disabilities to enhance their skills and achieve their goals. Alexa lives by the phrase “be the change you want to see in the world” and although she knows that she cannot change the world overnight, she is determined to continue changing lives, one person at a time.

Alexa has a Master’s degree in Social Work and her Clinical License. alexa@pccsny.org
