Our Mission
Person Centered Care Services (PCCS) is dedicated to providing personalized support and services to people with disabilities and their families, focusing on enhancing quality of life, promoting independence, and assisting people along their journey in the best way that they see fit.
PCCS aims to offer person-centered supports that cater to the wants of each person supported. The PCCS mission is to ensure equitable opportunities for people with developmental disabilities, fostering a network of disability allies across communities. We strive to address the barriers that people with disabilities face in accessing essential services and resources.
